The Network Group (TNG) is pleased to announce that it has been selected as a partner of NHS England on the new Health Systems Support Framework (HSSF).

Introducing the HSSF, NHS England said:

‘The Health Systems Support Framework provides a quick and easy route to access support services from innovative third party suppliers at the leading edge of health and care system reform, including advanced analytics, population health management, digital and service transformation. It can be used by any NHS organisation, including Digital Exemplars, national Arm’s-Length Bodies, local authorities and a wide range of public sector bodies where they are supporting Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs), or health and social care in general’.

TNG is a body incorporating a diverse range of high calibre small and specialist healthcare organisations, chaired by Rt Hon Stephen Dorrell. It offers the advantages of working with a tailored mix of the best experts alongside the reassurance of working with a single organisation. Commenting on the success of TNG, Mr Dorrell said:

‘The need for more integrated care is recognised in healthcare systems across the world and is the next challenge facing the NHS. I have often argued the case both at home and abroad and I am delighted that this framework provides us with the opportunity to work within the NHS to turn these speeches and reports into real change which improves people’s lives. Successful implementation will further reinforce the claim of the NHS to be the world’s outstanding universal healthcare system’.

Neil Griffiths, Managing Director of TNG, said:

‘We have worked hard to develop an organisation for the future that combines the flexibility, innovation, experience and value offered by specialists with the breadth, resilience and governance of more traditional corporate organisations, and are thrilled that this has been recognised by NHS England. We look forward to supporting health and care organisations to act together for their patients and communities by applying our experience in insight, partnerships, engagement, efficiency and innovation to help deliver improved services and outcomes’.

TNG is an organisation that brings together experienced and well-established teams from across UK health and social care. Members have experience both of leading large national programmes and of managing change within local health and care systems.
